Terms of Service
- By registering and participating on our server, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following guidelines and policies, which apply across in-game activities, our website, Discord, and forums.
- 1. EXPLOITATION AND HACKING The use of any third-party software, including hacks, accelerators, packet sniffers, editors, bots, or any tools that may interfere with or affect the website, client, or server is strictly prohibited. Exploiting any in-game bugs is not allowed under any circumstances. Exploiting website features, including excessive voting through virtual machines or VPNs, is forbidden. Creating fake guilds to occupy spots during castle sieges is prohibited. Glitching game mechanics is not allowed. Hiding any bugs or glitches, even without utilizing them, will lead to penalties. Any bugs or glitches encountered during gameplay must be reported to the administration immediately. Penalty: Permanent ban of account and device! This may extend to associated accounts and IPs.
- 2. CODE OF CONDUCT While we do not monitor player-to-player conversations or impose bans for inappropriate language, violating the following rules excessively may result in account restrictions: The /post chat feature must be used in English, as it serves an international audience. It should be used for trade announcements, party matching, guild recruitment, and assisting new players. Excessive chatting or spam is discouraged. Discrimination in any form—based on birthplace, politics, religion, sexual orientation, etc.—is not tolerated. Advertising other servers, cheats, adult content, or any unwanted links is prohibited. These rules apply regardless of the form used (clear, masked, or abbreviated) for insults or discrimination. The same standards apply to character or guild names and emblems. Penalty: Warning, character ban, or up to permanent account block, depending on severity.
- 3. IMPERSONATION OF STAFF Do not act or request anything on behalf of a staff member or misrepresent yourself as a member of the staff team. Avoid creating accounts that could be confused with official administration accounts. Penalty: Permanent ban of account and device, potentially affecting associated accounts and IPs as well.
- 4. FRAUD AND VIRTUAL GOODS Trading accounts is not allowed. Trading items for real money is strictly prohibited. Offering or purchasing services for leveling or item farming for real money is forbidden. Demanding "taxes" for party spots or similar requests is prohibited. Abuse of the voting system is not allowed; any glitches must be reported to the administration. Penalty: Permanent account ban, potentially affecting associated accounts and IPs.
- 5. FALSE REPORTING Publicly accusing players of cheating or hacking without solid evidence will not be tolerated, as it unfairly tarnishes reputations and harms the server’s image. False accusations against other players or staff based on personal feelings are prohibited. Editing screenshots for misleading purposes is strictly forbidden. If you suspect someone of wrongdoing or have evidence of exploits, report it directly to the administration. Penalty: Warning, character ban, or up to permanent account block, depending on severity.
- 6. DONATION AND REFUND POLICY Donations are entirely voluntary and intended to support our project. By donating, you acknowledge that all rewards are digital and non-refundable under any circumstances. After donating, you will receive "Web Credits" for use on our website, which may reset if the server is relaunched with a new edition. All server resets will be announced one week in advance. Contact us for assistance if you encounter issues with receiving or utilizing our services. We do not issue refunds for digital products or rewards once a donation is made. By donating, you agree not to dispute or request refunds. All donations are voluntary.
- 7. DONATOR GUIDELINES We appreciate your support through donations, which help us enhance our server. All donations are non-refundable. Regardless of the number of donations made, donators are treated equally to non-donating players. Donators will not receive preferential treatment. Rule violations by donators will result in the same consequences as for non-donors. If a donator is banned, all items associated with their accounts will be blocked and will not be returned under any circumstances. Donations will not be refunded in case of server shutdown or restart. SERVER RESTART POLICY Our goal is to continually improve our servers and maintain them as long as possible. However, if server population is very low, the Cyper MU team will announce a server shutdown and subsequent restart. A server restart will erase all characters, items, credits, and digital goods. This is intended to ensure a fresh gameplay experience for the next edition. Accounts will be transferred to an Eternal Server for continued play with old characters. Once a server reset occurs, previous progress cannot be restored. Please refrain from creating accounts if you do not agree with these terms.
- 8. ADMINISTRATION AUTHORITY Decisions made by Cyper MU administration are final. There is no reason to contest an administrator’s decision. Admins in-game are there for investigation and testing purposes; they do not participate in gameplay. The only time admins will request your account username is when you report an issue related to your account or purchases. They will never ask for your password or personal information.
- 9. GAME MASTER CONDUCT Game Masters are prohibited from: Requesting personal information from members, including passwords. Utilizing Game Master accounts for personal gain. Participating in castle siege events. Moving characters in-game without valid reasoning. Disrespecting players.
- 10. PRIVACY POLICY, ANTI-HACK MEASURES, AND GDPR Information Collection We collect information when you register or place an order on our site. You may be asked to provide your name or email address. However, you can also visit our site anonymously. Usage of Information Information we collect may be used to: Personalize your experience based on your needs. Improve our website offerings using your feedback. Enhance customer service and support. Process transactions without selling or sharing your personal information with third parties without consent, except as necessary to fulfill your order. Log Files and Cookies We maintain log files of all requests on our web servers, capturing IP addresses but not personal information. Cookies used on our website are for session maintenance or user preferences and are not shared with third parties. GDPR Compliance Your information is stored securely and will not be shared. By registering, you consent to share your information with us. You can request the removal of your information at any time. Anti-Hack Measures Our anti-hack system may collect information about applications on your computer. If a hack is detected, our program may scan your system to ensure fair gameplay. We do not share this information and it is deleted after server resets. We reserve the right to restrict access to some users regardless of the rules stated above. These rules may be modified at any time without prior notice.
